Official communications from our firm will always come from our official domains or verified channels. We will never request payments to personal bank accounts. If you receive suspicious messages, please verify them by contacting us directly at +62 (21) 38820777 or jointwinpartnersindonesia@gmail.com.

Engagement Procedure If you or your company require Joint-Win Partners Indonesia Law Firm to assist and represent your legal interests or address legal issues you are facing, please contact us via telephone or email by providing an initial explanation of the matter. We will review the information provided.

Please note the following regarding our engagement policy:

1. Consultation & Fees: Joint-Win Partners Indonesia Law Firm does not charge any fees prior to a formal engagement, except for specific legal consultations that may be agreed upon.

2. Power of Attorney: Generally, we cannot exercise power of attorney or take formal legal action to assist clients before the following three (3) requirements are fully met:

   • A Legal Service Agreement has been signed and agreed upon regarding service fees.

   • We have received the Security Deposit (cash, transfer, or check) as stipulated in the agreement.

   • We have received the Necessary Documents required to commence representation.
