Mrs. Allysa Faras Nabila R., S.H., M.H. is a Junior Associate Lawyer at Joint Win Partners Law Firm, distinguished by a strong academic background and a solid foundation in legal practice and research. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Tarumanagara University, graduating with an exceptionally high GPA, and later completed her Master of Laws at Pelita Harapan University, further strengthening her analytical depth and comprehensive understanding of legal principles. Her academic excellence reflects a disciplined, detail-oriented, and quality-driven professional approach.

Prior to her current role, Mrs. Allysa gained valuable practical experience as a Paralegal at AJRM Law Firm, where she provided comprehensive legal support through in-depth legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and assisting in case preparation. Her responsibilities included preparing contracts, pleadings, and legal memoranda, coordinating communications between clients and legal teams, and maintaining well-organized case files in compliance with procedural requirements. In addition, she served as a Paralegal at the Bureau of Cooperation and Legal Affairs of the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia (Lemhannas RI), where she actively participated in strategic meetings, drafted official correspondence, contributed to legislative procedural frameworks, reviewed partnership agreements, and enhanced her professional communication skills through formal public speaking training.
